From a Kern Fire Department press release:

On Tuesday September 1, at approximately 12:40 A.M. a call was received by the Kern County Fire Department for a structure fire at 340 Lakewood Dr. in Lake of the Woods [FUBAR Lounge near the Mountain View Mini-Mart].

Investigators believe the cause to be suspicious and incendiary in nature.
