Approvals are being recommended for bid awards on the agenda for next Tuesday's Kern Board of Supervisors meeting for construction of the Frazier Park Library, across the street from the park entrance. Tilton Pacific Construction and DC Inspections were awarded the contracts, totaling a little over $4 million dollars. Total project value is estimated to be almost $7 million dollars:
