In my years of community activity I have always heard that it is individual letters, not mass mailings or cyber-assaults, that get our public servants' attention and consideration.
It takes all methods of communication to get the attention! Nothing says more than massive communications, via petitions, emails, sincerely doubt any individual letters are read and considered anymore than any other form of communication.
