Details: On November 22, 2009 at 1636 hours, a Deputy Coroner and Homicide Detectives with the Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to a suspicious death in a residence in the 3800 block of Laurel Drive in Frazier Park.  Found deceased in the residence was Carl Shropshire, a 49 year old male Caucasian.  An autopsy was performed on November 24, 2009.  No evidence of any trauma was discovered at the time of autopsy.  The cause and manner of death are PENDING and remain under investigation.
